- Send an email to support@moderncyber.com from your business email containing a description of your issue, the priority and/or urgency.
Use the Customer Portal
- Navigate to https://support.moderncyber.com/tickets or click the link in the top menu bar.
- If you haven't previous registered, please click Register here and fill in the form.
- Click the File a Support Ticket link.
- Fill out all required fields and click Submit.
